Obviously this bill will definitely help the EB back log -- this bill should be supported whole-heartedly.
While we wait for a more comprehensive bill with visa re-capture, eliminating per country quotas etc etc, this bill will definitely help to reduce the EB back log. I wonder whether IV is raising funds to lobby for this bill or what is IV's position on this bill?

Thanks folks. So my present employer will never know when I change lawyers. If I get any RFE's also within the next 3 to 4 months , it will go to the new lawyer.

If you want to know the exact job description then labor is the only document which has the complete description. Usually the company will ask to fill some documentation for filing labor and labor is filed based on the available job and your skill set as well (that's what I have seen).
You might get some idea of job description from the documentation you filled for labor but again will not be exact...

I bought some UNITS from UNIT TRUST OF INDIA for my daughter when she was 1 year old back in India.
Do I need to report this as student asset? where does this asset fit in?

I am having some trouble understanding it. In 2010, they have only allocated 2400 visas to China EB3? That is a wastage of 3300-2400 = 900 visas ??

A similiar situation happened with my friend, his green card was in his wallet and his wallet got stolen from his car. Just call USCIS and they will tell you how to apply for a replacement card. If you even want to travel outside the country before you get your replacement card, they will stamp your passport indicating that you have a green card. My friend got his passport stamped and travelled outside the country twice using that stamp. Its not a problem but as usual everything with USCIS costs a lot. So the cost for the replacement cards will be high.

My I-140 clearly shows that it's approved in Eb2 adv Degrees or Exceptional ability category. My lawyer and Employer both have agreed that USCIS has made mistake. in Infopass they created an SR last week with regards to this and there is no response.

Its really requires lot of planning and a tough decision to make. Some of our friends say you get good package if you find the job while you are in US and then go.
It does need planning. I am hoping I could find some opportunities here before I decide to take the 'search in India by being there' route, thus my post to ask folks if they know of any such positions.
